Responsibilities:
- Define / Set up the Training Need Analysis
- Set up Learning Plan & Program, for Functional competencies (hard skill) as well as for Managerial / General competencies (soft skill) & also the Knowledge Mgt
- Lead the Learning implementation
- Monitor & implement the Post Training Evaluation (PTE) from level 1 - 4
- Set up the Individual Development Plan & monitor the implementation
- Set up and accomplish the Learning Academy
- Set up & do regular evaluation for L&D Policy , SOP, Reports, KPI & annual Budget/ Business Plan
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 any major
- Min. 5 yrs experience in Learning & Dev / Training & Dev / People Development
- Min. 3 yrs experience in supervisory/ junior mgr level
- Experience in F&B retail & ISO knowledge are advantage for this position
- Fluent in English both oral & written, MS. Office
