Responsible:
- Coordinate with BD and site owners in collecting construction-related data
- Completing regulations/guidelines from Building Management/Owner
- Searching for other data related to the construction process, in collaboration with related divisions and vendors
- Conducting negotiation process with contractors
- Responsible for problems in the Pre-Construction and Construction process
- Supervise the pre-construction and construction process to match the timeline
- Responsible for the process of hand over site from landlord to contractor
- Take an opname after the construction process is complete
- Responsible for the hand over site process to the Operations division
- Willing to do business trip
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field is required for this position
- Having experience in Retail F&B industry is an advantage
